Old school one-on-one personal training and motivation. Completely individualized to your needs. $75 per session. Time frames from 45 minutes to 75 minutes. Buy 10 sessions and get 10% off.
Half Hour Session
Short on time? I got you covered! Warm-Up and Cool-Down will be verbalized. $50 per session
Customized Programming
Individualized programming based on your specific goals and equipment. $140/Four Week Increments. We will meet either in-person or virtually to discuss your goals and how I can help you meet them. Afterwards, I will email you your four-week plan. Weekly check-ins included.
Diabetes Coaching
One on One Diabetic Coaching $50 per session. First consult is always free. Learn techniques and strategies I’ve used from almost 3 decades of managing Type 1 Diabetes and sustaining a complication-free lifestyle. I am not a medical professional. Nothing can replace an amazing medical team. However, I am passionate about sharing strategies for doing life as a Diabetic and simplifying what can be a completely overwhelming undertaking. Virtual Personal Training
One on One Virtual Personal Training and Coaching. $50 per session. Totally customized based on your individual needs and goals. Time frames from 45 to 75 minutes.
Small Group Training
In-Person Small Group (4 People Max) Training. $90 per session. Grab a friend (or a couple of friends) for these scalable, fun and effective small group sessions! While each workout is tailor made, these sessions will be guided front to back (warmup, main work and cool down). Unlike many box gym small group workouts, each individual will receive specific technique instruction and attention. Time frames can vary depending on need/interest but each session will not exceed 90 minutes.
